CLM in association with our appointed client were responsible
for working closely with the development team to deliver a fast
track roll out programme of mobile phone concessions in to
Superdrug stores, Selfridges requiring detailed programming &
Inter departmental liaison to ensure successful project delivery.






CLM has worked as a team member to deliver over 80 new
store rebrands over a period of 2 years, close liason with the
client ,retail store managers & collaboration with Superdrug
internal departments was Key to driving the project to a
conclusion.






CLM has recently been involved with Farmfoods new store projects contract values ranging from £80k to £600K.
Contract periods ranging from 3 weeks fast turnaround to16 week construction on site.







CLM has been contracted with their associated client to provide a project management service on new stores & refurbishments for Netto foodstores, ranging from new shell developments to rebranding of recently acquired kwiksave stores in to the Netto new store format.
