162 stores completed in a 7month period of which CLM Project
Management completed 44 stores in 2003 & 45 stores in 2004 including
concession installations in to Selfridges at Trafford Centre &
Exchange Square Manchester.

Farmfoods Weston
Supermare 2006 - £600,000.00 (16 Weeks)
This contract for Farmfoods Ltd on behalf of our clients W.
Braithwaite & Sons Ltd was part of a £1.1 million programme managed
by CLM project management Ltd.
Works comprised of Demolition & conversion of an existing Renault
Garage in Locking Road to a new retail outlet. Structural
alterations were carried out to the existing building, installation
of new ground floor slab, new roof flat roof laid to falls &
installation of new supporting steelwork.
In addition new drainage, petrol interceptor, car parking & boundary
walls & entrance feature tower & proprietary cladding was installed

Carlton Sq , Nottingham 2006 - £100,000.00 ( 4 weeks on site
programme)
Sub division of existing Wilkinsons unit to provide a retail store
for Farmfoods Ltd, works comprised of Installation of new structural
steelwork to facilitate shopfront / roller shutter installations,
refurbishment of existing terrazzo floor & refurbishment of upper
floors to provide stock / staff facilities.

programme on site)
Renovation of existing CO OP store to provide a new 4,500 sq ft
retail outlet for Farmfoods Ltd, works comprised of complete strip
out of existing unit, & refurbishment of existing stock / staff
areas, new ceramic floor, refurbishment of existing ceilings &
shopfronts.
In addition new external car parking / proprietary cladding systems
to external elevations / external drainage was installed

Full management of new store for Farmfoods as part of an Aldi
development incorporating a German concrete panel design as part of
structure & internal walls.

with a contract period of 26 weeks during 2004.
Complete strip out & refurbishment of existing Woolworths store on 5
levels to create a new store in Fawcett Street Sunderland for
Primark Stores including contract procurement / tendering / Asbestos
removal / management of client appointed design team / Contract
administration / Financial controls/ Client liaison & reporting /
Management of fire strategy / Installation of lifts & escalators /
co ordination of fire & service installations / Liaison with client
appointed Quantity Surveyors.

top Sheffield completed April 2006 – Contract value £600,000.00
( 20 weeks)
This contract for Netto Foodstores Ltd was part of a £3.25 million
managed by CLM Project Management Ltd on behalf of our client W.
Braithwaite & Son Ltd.
Installation of new structural steelwork to create an extension to
the existing store created an additional 210m2 of selling space,
coupled with the complete refurbishment of the existing sales area
to create complete transformation to the new Netto store concept.
The design of the new entrance tower & installation of external
cladding & structural steelwork/ installation of new retaining
walls, external drainage & car parking facilities has provided a
completely new shopping environment for Netto & their customers
whilst the existing
store remained trading throughout.

Netto
Foodstores New Road Kidderminster completed September 2005 –
Contract value £450,000.00 (16 weeks)
The Acquisition of the Somerfield site by Netto required a complete
strip out of the existing site, Including the creation of a larger
unit for their sub tenants “Wilsons Pets”.
The removal of the existing external canopy & design of the new
entrance tower has provided an impressive presence for Netto & their
sub tenants & is the first to be realised from design as part of the
new store concept for Netto Foodstores.
The removal of the existing division wall & creation of additional
selling space for Wilsons pets was undertaken whilst the existing
store remained trading.
Externally the installation of new entrance feature tower & the
profiled cladding has provided a new focus for Architectural design
in refurbishment of the existing building.

Foodstores High Street Normanton completed October 2005 – Contract
value £260,000.00 (7 week contract)
Complete demolition & reconstruction of the old swimming baths
including retaining character & features of the previous building as
achieved, whilst incorporating the Netto concept.
Difficulties experienced with utilities providers / Landlords
developers/ & local planning issues did not prevent the store
opening on time |

Netto Penny
Lane Liverpool completed August 2006 – Contract Value £530,000.00
(14 weeks)
This contract for Netto was part of the acquisition of a number of
Kwiksave stores, this particular store as subdivided to create a
10,000 sq ft store for new sub tenants Home Bargains including
installation of new staff facilities & provision of new service
supplies.
In addition the installation & design of new structural steelwork /
goods passenger lift has provided Netto with a mezzanine level for
staff facilities.
Removal of existing brick panelling & introduction of new shopfronts
/ steelwork & external cladding including undertaking of improvement
works to the shopping scheme has delivered a new store for Netto
that has transformed the existing the shopping experience for their
customers & has upgraded the existing shopping centre acquired by
Netto.

Netto Bury
Road Bolton competed July 2006 – Contract Value £500,000.00 (15
weeks)
Acquisition of Safeway site required the removal of the existing
entrance & roof on the corner of Bury road, extension of structural
steelwork & redesign of front elevation to create a central entrance
& feature tower for Netto & their new sub tenant Home Bargains.
Complete strip out & refurbishment of the existing space including
the installation of a new dividing wall / services & staff
facilities to create a 10,000 sq ft for incoming tenant.
The opening of brick panelling & installation of new steelwork to
accommodate shopfronts & shutters as part of the overall Netto
design has integrated this store to provide a central improved
shopping area for the surrounding & immediate community.
In addition car park & landscape improvement works have completed
this addition to the Netto portfolio.
